Appropriate Condition for Cluster Buds Induction of <i>Cremastra appendiculata</i>

To screen for suitable conditions cluster bud induction of Cremastra appendiculata . The aseptic germination protocorms of C.  seeds were used as explant materials to explore the effects different basic media, types plant growth regulators, anti-browning agents and their concentrations on buds of results showed that: 1/4MS medium was buds growing; when concentration regulator TDZ 2.0 mg/L and IAA 0.2 mg/L, rates higher which are 72.58% 55.63% respectively; agent PVP its is 2 000 rate 79.90%. The are: + mg/L+ 0.1 can reach 81.16%. This provided a basis establishing a rapid propagation technology system  C.  and realizing its large-scale artificial cultivation.
